Located in the Community of Windsong, in prestigious Winter Park, Florida, this gracious Mediterranean Estate Home featured exquisite finishes by six of the regions finest Interior Designers and was open for tours through May  2001 with proceeds benefiting local charities. Winter Park is located in Central Florida, adjacent to Orlando, and is known for it's unique Chain of Lakes and brick streets. 

"It was an honor to be involved in the Mayford Project from the very beginning. At the Award Ceremony with 450 guests we were able to see the results of numerous concepts and revisions, all working toward a design that addresses the legacy of Spanish Mediterranean Architecture, Old World Craftsmanship and Modern Luxury. It is strong affirmation to the success of this project to have the Mayford Estate selected, especially considering it was only the second time in 28 years a new home was chosen for this prestigious honor..."
