In consideration of payment of the Purchase Price, UDA grants a limited license to use this copyrighted set of construction documents and related materials providing you agree to the following:

For Blueprints: By purchasing the minimum of a full set of Ideal Home Plans you are granted the right to build that home one time. If you choose to construct the home more than once, you must purchase additional Construction Licenses from UDA. You may not duplicate in any form, rent, lease, loan, transer, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on information provided in whole or in part.

For Reproducible Sets: You may change or modify the plans, thereby creating a derivative work of the plans. You may make up to 10 copies of the reproducible set or derivative work for use in the construction of one unit. If you choose to construct the home more than once, you must purchase additional Construction Licenses from UDA. UDA retains full right and title to any such derivative work. You may not otherwise transfer or sell the plans, any derivative works, reproductions, copies or rights thereto.
