Viewing Applications for Payment

Once you have created an application for payment, you can view it at anytime.

View a payment application

1. In an open estimate, go to QuickBooks Integration > View Application for Payment.

2. Select the application you would like to view and click View. The Application will open in the Print Preview window. If desired, you can print the Application sheet from here by clicking Print.

3. To view the Continuation Sheet, click Close in the Print Preview window. The Continuation sheet opens in the Print Preview window.

4. Use the Next and Previous buttons in the Print Preview window to scroll through the continuation sheet. If desired, you can print the Continuation sheet by clicking Print.  

5. When ready, click Close to close the payment application preview.
