Sync once a week will activate both the Time and Day drop-down menus, enabling you to select a time of day and day of the week. Use both drop-down menus to set your preference.
Use the drop-down menu under Sync With to select a computer and projects with which to synchronize.
If you would like to synchronize with individual projects on the selected computer, click the Select Projects button and use the checkboxes to select projects. Click OK once you have made your selections.
If you would like to synchronize all projects between the two computers, check the box next to Sync with all projects.
