The ConstructionSuite tab system is organized into two main sections: ConstructionNet and ConstructionOffice. Each main tab has second- and third-level tabs that make it easy to navigate the webs of information you create throughout your company's endeavors.

The ConstructionNet tab delivers breakthrough CRM technology with unbeatable project management power. The first CRM application developed solely for the construction industry, ConstructionNet offers seamless integration between project and contact information. From this tab, you have multiple options for accessing, sorting, and relating information, so it's easy to customize for your company and project needs.
Through the ConstructionNet tab, you can access the following tabs:
The Today tab gives you a quick reference to all of your company's recent and upcoming information. From projects to contacts to scheduled items and more, the Today tab serves as the central launch pad for managing construction. Also accessed from this tab are the new Items Database and Company Overview.
The Projects tab delivers full access to all of your project information plus dynamic project-related features such as Workflows, Insurance Tracking, Associations, and Dimensions.
The Contacts tab is a central hub for all of your contact information. Access, view, and edit contact information, and take advantage of Lead Management, Insurance Tracking, Association, and advanced synchronizations with Outlook and QuickBooks contacts.
The Calendar tab offers advanced control over your company's calendar, combining scheduled ConstructionSuite Activities and Project Subtasks from your UDA Schedules. With four view to choose from - Month, Week, Day, and List - you'll have all the options you need to keep your company and project timeline moving in the right direction.
The To Do List tab helps keep you organized by giving you multiple options to view your to do list items. Sorted by Overdue, Upcoming, Incomplete, and Complete, you're sure to stay on track with the UDA To Do List.
As a central location for all dynamic templates, the ConstructionOffice tab delivers upgraded and improved components from the previous ConstructionOffice system. All pre-loaded and custom templates can be accessed through this tab. You can also link templates into the advanced Workflow system to help smooth the transition between phases and keep your projects progressing effectively. Estimating has been updated to include new Items Database integration, two-way QuickBooks Integration, Line-item Markup, Resource Allocation, and a host of other features. Depending on your version, you can access templates for Residential, Remodeling, Light Commercial, Property Development, and any custom templates from the Estimating tab.
Scheduling now includes advanced integration with the Integrated Calendar, improved Microsoft Project Integration, Resource Allocation, and more dynamic reporting options. Depending on your version, you can access templates for Residential, Remodeling, Light Commercial, Property Development, and any custom templates from the Scheduling tab.
Contracts includes a comprehensive library of professionally-authored contracts and forms designed to protect your company and help limit your liability. Depending on your version, you can access templates for Residential, Remodeling, Construction Management, Architecture, Design-Build, Property Development, and California contracts and forms.
Documents combines all other essential project documentation such as Specifications, Financing, Planning, and Marketing. Depending on your version, you can access tools for Residential, Light Commercial, and Property Development Specifications; forms and spreadsheets for Financing; the complete UDA Planning Guide; and a comprehensive library of templates for Marketing.
