With ConstructionSuite, you can keep all of your information in one place, making it easy for you to see a complete picture of your project. QuickBooks transactions, including estimates, invoices, purchase orders, bills, and payments can be automatically recorded to your ConstructionSuite History.
Ensure that you have created transactions in QuickBooks.
On the main ConstructionSuite interface, go to Tools > Options > QuickBooks Options.
On the Options window, check the box next to Import QuickBooks transactions automatically. All QuickBooks transactions will automatically import into the History log.
& NOTE: To import QuickBooks Transactions manually, click the Import button.
& NOTE: The correct QuickBooks company file must be open for both the manual and automatic transaction import.
Open ConstructionSuite by clicking the desktop icon or by going to Start > Programs > UDA Technologies > UDA ConstructionSuite.
Click the ConstructionNet tab.
Click on the project or contact name for which you would like to view QuickBooks Transactions.
& NOTE: If the project or contact name does not appear on the Today Summary screen, navigate to the main Projects or Contacts window by clicking on the appropriate tab at the bottom of the screen.
On the overview screen, click on the History section header to view a complete list of tasks that have been completed for your project or contact, including any QuickBooks estimates, invoices, purchase orders, bills, and payments that have been created.
