About UDA ContactSync

UDA ContactSync is a powerful utility designed to give you a three-way contact synchronization between ConstructionSuite™, Outlook, and QuickBooks. And, with the ability to schedule daily or weekly synchronizations, you can be sure that your contact lists stay updated.

Three Programs. Two-way Synchronization. Share contacts between UDA ConstructionSuite, Outlook, and QuickBooks with an advanced, multi-directional synchronization. UDA ContactSync enables you to add and update contacts from Outlook and QuickBooks as well as export contacts to those programs.

@ IMPORTANT: To synchronize contacts with QuickBooks, you must: have ConstructionSuite Pro or above and you must also have a QuickBooks company file selected. If you do not have a company file selected, go to Tools > Options > QuickBooks Options on the main ConstructionSuite interface to browse for your QuickBooks company.


Set it and forget it.  You need your data in a central location, and you need it to be updated and correct. Set your ContactSync preferences once and then let UDA ConstructionSuite be your total contact management system.


UDA ContactSync in action. UDA ContactSync works to import and export as much contact information as is allowed in each program. Synchronizations with Outlook cross reference most information from the Edit Contact form including contact name, details, and all addresses. QuickBooks synchronizes contact information differently depending on contact category (Vendor, Customer, Employee, or Other).
