Fast Access to the Information You Need
ConstructionSuite gives you fast access to the information you need for your projects. The Project Overview screen compiles the most recent information for your project from Details, Activities, To Dos, Related Contacts, Project Workflow, History, and Files, giving you a comprehensive look at your essential project information.
New Project. Advanced Options.
Use the Project Wizard to enter information and define advanced settings for each project your company works on. When you create a new project, you can select a Project Type, which is a powerful new feature that automatically generates Workflows and Dimensions for your project. Workflows are active outlines that keep your projects progressing with ease and accuracy, and you can use Dimensions to define quantities in an estimate and project details in proposals.
Dynamic Workflow Management
Workflows in the ConstructionSuite system give you active outlines of the steps you need to complete for each project, from the planning and pre-construction phase all the way through closing. Workflow items represent steps in the building process and can have actions associated with them such as automatically opening a template, file, program, or web site. Use a pre-defined Workflow or create your own, and make it easy to reuse successful processes with the new Workflow Management feature in UDA ConstructionSuite.
Dynamically Relate Project Information
ConstructionSuite Projects make connections across all of your files. For each project, you can access Project Details such as Estimating and Scheduling information, Insurance and Bond Certificates, Related Contacts, and more.
Access Integrated Project Schedule Information
The UDA Integrated Calendar combines Project Activities and Subtasks from your UDA Schedules to make it easy for you to manage multiple projects. With advanced reminders, you and your resources will always know what's going on for your projects and company. And, numerous filter options enable you to view the calendar by a single contact or contact group such as vendors, or view all projects, a single project, or a project group such as a neighborhood or development.
